' A b i l i t i e s[/align]
• Power [/color] | Jubilee's gifts are creating bright colorful energy plasmoids from her hands, which create a blinding light that has the ability to explode on mass levels. Frequently, Jubilee refers to her powers as 'fireworks', and she sometimes calls the balls of colorful engery 'pafs'. She is able to control the plasmoids that she creates mentally, able to send them where ever she pleasures, arranging them as needed. She is also able to shape these plasmoids that she creates into what she pleases. Jubilee can control when the plasmoids go off, and just at what volume they will exploded. Her powers can be used on a wide scale, from simply blinding a man to destroying massive amounts of property. In addition to her colorful powers, Jubilee also has a certain immunity to telepathy, able to resist telepathic probes- which is how she was able to stay hidden on the base without Jean Grey or the Professor knowing. It is undetermined as to whether Jubilee knows about this ablility or not.

• Overall Abilities[/color] | Aside from her awesome power to blind people- and blow them up of course, Jubilee has several different abilities that she is able to use when she is in a jam, or pickle depending on which you like better. While Jubilee has been learning to control her mutant powers, Jubilee has also been training for other things in her life. When she was growing up, before her parents deaths, Jubilee was a gymnastist. She would train for hours and hours a day so that one day she would reach the Olympics games, which she had more than a fair shot at before she quit. With this in her background, Jubilee has been able to use the skills she learned from that time in her life to help her with what she is doing currently, fighting.
Since joining the X-Men, and befriending Wolverine, Jubilee has started danger room sessions, but even before that she went on missions with Wolverine. Jubilee has been taught what she knows on hand to hand combat through Wolverine, and of course several other X-Men members such as Gambit. Jubilee uses a combination of martial arts as well as gymnastics when she goes head to toe with someone. She is aware that it is somewhat dangerous for someone her size to go head to toe with an enemy, however, she is confident in what she has been taught. Thankfully though, she is not over confident and she is able to keep her head on her shoulders when she is forced to do hand to hand combat.
Jubilee is able to think quick on her fit to try and fix bad situations before they get worse. Chopped up to all the expereinces that Jubilee had gone through in her short life, Jubilee is always one of the ones who try and fix what is wrong rather than run away, although she is very aware of the fact that sometimes you just have to run. She is smart and witty, which she does use to her advantage whenever possible. She is able to keep quiet and go into hiding to stay out of trouble. She is not afraid to call for help, which she does have to do frequently because lets face it, no one can do the things they do alone.

• Overall Appearance[/color] |Although in the past Jubilee has always kept her hair on the short spikey side- since that was the easist way to style her hair, recently Jubilee has been keeping her hair rather long, and even dying it a bit. She's unsure as to how long this style will last, seeing as she does like changing her appearences up a bit every so often, but for now it suits her needs. Uncharacteristicly of her chinese heirtage, Jubilee does not have brown eyes but rather blue eyes. This could be a sign of being a mutant, or more probably, its just something in her DNA. Her eyes, like most of the people in the chinese culture, has almost slanted shaped eyes, clearly marking her has someone of asian decent. Despite having a natural looking tan to her skin, Jubilee is actually fairly fair, especially considering how both her parents were fairly dark. She doesn't get why she doesn't darken up more since she is so active, but she's not exactly complaining because her skin tone suits her just fine. Its not her place to tell god that she didn't like his handy work. While Jubilee isn't a fashion-nestia, or whatever, she, just like every other girl, likes to shop. She has her own individual style which may get people's notice, either because its a little off the mark, or because it actually looks great. Because of her heirtage, she feels she can get away with a little stranger outfits than most.
Due to all the training Jubilee has done in her life, those fancy little missions and sessions in the danger room not to mention her years as a top class gymnist, Jubilee has a petite, but shapely and athletic, body. She is in great condition due to all her activities such as being an X-Men. While Jubilee does enjoy snacking out on junk food, she generally doesn't gain a lot of weight because she works her ass off. When Jubilee is training- and it doesn't matter if its danger room sessions or when she was a gymnist training, Jubilee generally trains in a sports bra and shorts. In the winter, Jubilee changes it up a bit to a hoodie and sweat pants depending on the tempature out side, wearing a pair of shorts underneath her sweat pants should she get too heated from her training.
Jubilee may not have any tattoos, but she does have several different body peirceings, four in her ears, one in her nose, and a belly button ring. For now she is good on peirceings, although she is debating getting a tongue ring, because wouldn't that be fun? Jubilee does have scars running around on her body due to her life styles. Being a X-Men, or any other group assoicated with the X-Men, is bound to leave some scrapes and bruises. Jubilee does have the deep scars on her hands and feet from when the Chruch of Humanity decided that it would be amazing and fun to crucify her and her friends.

• Favorite Color [/color] | Jubilee's favorite color is hands down yellow, and if you'll notice she does tend to wear a lot of yellow in her warobe. Jubilee sees yellow as being a more cheerful looking color, and not to mention it stands out in a crowd full of people, which when she's not in a life or death situation she tends to like. While it can be said of all colors, there are different shades of yellow, light and dark, so on and so forth. To Jubilee this reminds of how she is like yellow. How she has times when she is in a dark mood, but still able to brighten people's days, and when she is in a much lighter, happier mood, shinning brightly.

• fears [/color] | a constant fear of Jubilee's is losing control over her powers, since she can do a lot of damage to someone unintentionally. She fears losing the members of her 'family', and not living past her twenty-first birthday.
• Goals/ dreams[/color] | retraining for the Olympics before she becomes to old for it, beating the mutant haters -and magento- down, graduating from high school on time, finding someone to fall in love with who'll accept her, eventually she'll want to start a family but not for a while, she would like to actually become an actress like she started out to be, but if its at the cost of being stereotyped, she'll pass.
• Overall Personality[/color] | Most people see Jubilation Lee- known by everybody as Jubilee, as a rather upbeat young lady, who tends to always be up to something or another. Jubilee lives for playing arcade games, something she's been hooked on even before her parents deaths. Aside from playing a few arcade games more often than she should, Jubilee also enjoys playing pranks on her fellow classmates, and teammates. Jubilee is a student known for her playful manner, and while Jubilee is also a mature young lady whose leadership skills have been proven time and time again, most people only see her in the light of a irresponsible teenager. Jubilee is just a mixture of what it is to be young and what it is to be responsible. She is capable and determined, two dangerous facts for anyone really. Once an idea is planted into Jubilee's thoughts, she's like a cat with a string, she'll continue to go after it. Jubilee was once on the right track to becoming a olypmic gymnastist, showing that she is willing to put in long hours of practicing for her dreams. Although Jubilee gave up her olympic dreams with the death of her parents, she doesn't not typically give up so easily.
Despite being such an upbeat, cheerful girl, Jubilee has known a great deal of true loss. However, Jubilee is not a person of circumstances, and refuses to let her situation drag her down, especially since there is just so much to see and do in the world. Instead of allowing her morose feelings overcome her, Jubilee keeps herself active. Pushing herself in the danger room, or bugging to go on missions. When she is not pushing herself physically, then she's at the mall, lost in a arcade game. Because of her expereince in the world, she is known for giving sound advice, however, more often than not, people forget that's she's gone through a lot and just expect her to be Jubilee, the girl who enjoys pranking everyone- which she'll gladly accomidate. Jubilee is rather smart, though she does suffer in math class. She has a learning disablilty in math, which is much like the learning disablilty for reading, dyslexia. Because of this problem, Jubilee tends to avoid school, believing that she isn't smart enough. It doesn't matter how much someone tells her that she is smart, she'll believe what she likes.
Since Jubilee is known for holding everything in, it can be some what of a shock when she does finally break down. She prefers to keep to herself when she is feeling sorrowful, and there for will avoid company when she would normally seek it. For the most part though, Jubilee feels that she must be with someone, hating to spend a lot of time by herself since then she would be left with her own thoughts. Jubilee tends to migrate to people such as Wolverine to fill the gap in her heart where she knows her parents would have been if they were still alive. She believes whole heartedly that the x-men are her family, because without them she would be all alone in this big oh world, something that frightens her.
Jubilee is also known for speaking her mind, and not caring to whom she is speaking it too. She sticks up for what she believes in, and she would die for those she considered a part of her family, her friends. She has a quick wit and tends to be very saracastic. She has a valley type accent, saying things like dude and like a little more than she honestly should. Despite being of chinese decent, Jubilee does not actually know any chinese, or really any language for that matter.

• Overall history[/color] | Jubilation Lee was born too two chinese immigrants who came to America for a better oppertunity. As a child growing up in Beverly Hills, Jubilee started doing gymnastics, throwing everything she had into this new sport that she picked up. For the next couple of years of Jubilee's life, training was everything. She ate, drank, slept gymnasitcs. Aiming for the gold in gymnastics at the Olympics, Jubilee isolated herself from everyone. However, after their deaths, Jubilee quit gymnastics, ashamed that she had ignored her parents for something so trivial. After the funeral, Jubilee ran away from social serves, who wanted to take her into fost care. Suriviving on the streets was hard to do for someone so young of age, and so Jubilee began to steal the things she needed such as food. Despite knowing that she needed the stuff she stole to survive, Jubilee would always feel guilty over what she took from the poor unsuspecting people. She spent a great deal of time in the Hollywood Mall, playing video games and using her newly developing mutant powers to gain a little bit of money, so she would no longer have to steal as much. On more than one occassion, she has had to give the mall secruity guys the slip for putting on shows using her new powers. It was while Jubilee was at the mall, being chased by sentinals who had been called in by the mall, that Jubilee first met the X-Men, and she followed them home.
It was while Jubilee was in the mall's overly big Arcade room that the sentinals found her and she began to give chase. If it weren't for the X-Men ladies, Storm Rogue Psylocke and Dazzler, Jubilee would have been caught and would have suffered god knows what at some pudgy's hands. Scared that the sentinals would return to capture her, Jubilee followed the x-women through a portal that lead to the one of the X-Men's bases, this one located in the country down under, Australia. Jubilee hid from the X-Men for several days, up until they abandoned the base whenWolverine was captured by the Reavers. Jubilee finally ventured outside of the base, where she then found Wolverine, who was tied to a cross and tortured by the Reavers. Worried that the Reavers would come after her, Jubilee was heistant to help out Wolverine. With a sand storm coming on, in a fit of rage, Wolverine freed himself from the cross, and so Jubilee decides that she simply has to help him out, not able to just leave him there for the Reavers to finish out. Jubilee goes to him and assists him to where she had been hiding since she ventured through the portal back at the mall. Jubilee and Wolverine were then forced to abandon the hiding spot when the Reavers located their hiding space.
After they escape, Jubilee then teams up with Wolverine on several missions that were global. Despite her enjoyment of being on missions with Wolverine, Jubilee didn't not enjoy traveling and often complained, missing the luxuries of America. When Jubilee finally joins the X-Men, she is put onto the blue team and is helpful when the blue team goes on missions. During her time as an X-Men, Jubilee was useful during battles aainst mutants such as Omega Red. When Generation X is created, the X-Men she has considered family send her to join Generation X, where she would be able to learn with people her own age. While Jubilee spent most of her time in Generation X talking about the X-Men and her experiences on missions, she begins to show her leadership skills, easily taking charge when nessassary. Some time later, Generation X disbains, and so Jubilee tries to chase after her dream of acting. Jubilee is steryotyped as the asian girl in the movies that she was able to audition for. When her agent gets her a job on in a porn movie, Jubilee quits- refusing to be in the movie and joins X-Corps for a period of time. Quitting the X-Corps, Jubilee returens to LA with Skin, a friend from her Generation X days. This grace period was not long lasting before Skin, herself, and two others where captured by the Church of Humanity. Jubilee and the others were crucified, nailed to a cross in front of the chruch for everyone to see. Jubilee and another were saved by Angle's tears, but saddly her friend Skin was not.
After Jubilee healed- physically that is- from being crucified, she joins the X-Men on a few missions, however the torment she went through, and all the losses she has suffered recently, have caught up with her. Scott Summers then made the decision that Jubilee needed a mental break and took her off of the missions. Some time during her time off, Jubilee's long lost Aunt, Hope, shows up, promising Jubilee a nice home and adoption. Trusting her aunt, Jubilee goes with her to a small town where Jubilee tries to fit in. Attending the local high school, Jubilee had a hard time fitting in, and got into several fights. At one point, Jubilee is forced to take down a gang, in which she later realized that her aunt was apart of. Needing help, Jubilee sends for Wolverine, who then assists Jubilee and her Aunt who were in trouble with the gang. While they were able to take out the threat of the gang, unforunately Jubilee's Aunt hope was lost in an explosion. Due to her aunt's untimely death, Jubilee returns to the mansion, where she gets back to what she now considers her roots, and is officially back with the X-Men.
