PERSONALITY: Carolena is the type of person who sees something she wants, and then goes after it full force ahead. She does not like haveing to rearrange her life because of a mistake, or someone trying to tell her what to do. She is generally very good at pushing her ideas onto other people, although she does know the time and place to do that, and which people would be easier to convience. Although Some may see Lena as being bossy, she is actually a very friendly person. She enjoys oppertunities in which she gets the chance to met other people, like going to a party or some other function. She was always that one girl who had her hands in everything, because she is such an active person and can't seem to sit still for longer than a minute. Although she is very active, Lena is a bit lonely, and while she does have friends, none are particularly closer than another. She just has a hard time letting others in to her 'trust bubble'.

Carolena has never been able to sugar coat the truth from anyone for any reason, which sometimes can get people to be not so happy with her. This is probably why she's never had a really close friend before. While she may be blunt, she is very dependable. If she has given her word to someone, she does not go back on it. She was raised to believe that promises should always be honored. Carolena is not likely to give her word unless she is sure about it, but she is generally very decisive, and it doesn't take her long to make up her mind on a matter.

Carolena holds a lot of compassion for other people, and is always wanting to help someone out with something. She has always felt the need to ensure that others are happy, even sometimes at the cost of her own happieness. When praised in any sort of work, or even for her appearence, she tends to blush and write off what is being said about her as the other person being nice. She doesn't have a huge ego, or really a ego at all. She is honest with herself always, and tries to be honest to other people all the time as well. She does not believe in lieing, and it bothers her to no end to be lied too. She expects people to tell her the truth, and she tends to be very bad at spoting who is lieing to her, because she doesn't generally expect people to lie to her.

Carolena may enjoy routine a lot of the time, but she enjoys doing things that are impulsive and that most people would not expect her to do. While for the most part she is predictable, she enjoys throwing people off their rocker. Routine may make her life organized, but impulsiveness makes her life worth living, is her way of thinking. Carolena has her mood swings, especially around that time of month that all lucky ladies who aren't dead or pregnant get. She can be up one minute and down the next at anything less than a drop of a dime. A strong emotion that tends to eat away at Carolena is jealousy. She does not take well to the guy she is dating to be around, flirt with, be flirted with, or any of those things, other girls. For the most part she is able to fend off her jealousy, but sometimes it overrides her and she does foolish things, or simply yells. Whichever is easier and better for the situation in her state of mind.

Carolena is stubborn to the born, a trait her mother swears up and down that she recieved from her father's side of the family. It would take a tractor trailer to run her over for Carolena to change her mind on something. She is not easily persauded to drop what she believes, or what she's doing, if someone just asks her to do it. She would need a full scale arguement of why she should do something, why she shouldn't, that kind of thing, or else you could talk until your face turned blue, she wouldn't change her mind. Carolena is a logical person, which is why argueing the points of why something would be a good idea or not would appeal to her the most than just giving whimpy points at all. If something doesn't make sense to her, she wont do it, or she might, big might, ask someone to help her out. But she doesn't like help very often, so that would be a big thing for her to do so. Despite all her character flaws, or maybe because of them, Carolena is a fairly popular girl. I'm not talking popular as in the head cheerleader, or most beautiful in school, but well liked.She is simply fun to be around, and other people see that in her, even when she's being blunt, stubborn and whatever else she wants to be.

LIKES: traveling, chocolate, apple pie, texting, jogging, excerise

Carolena has always enjoyed going to new places and seeing new things. She hopes to one day go across seas and visit Europe, countries like Italy, France, England, Germany, Spain. Places filled with history. Something that Carolena can't seem to live without is chocolate. Chocolate, she had long ago learned, is the Prefered Male Subsitute. (PMS get it!). She also adores apple pies, and while she would love to have fresh pie all the time, she tends to just settle for the Mc. Donalds two for one apple pies. She loves her cell phone, and specially texting. She is a pro at sending out text messages in class and not getting caught. She loves to excerise, it makes her feel nice and relaxed after wards and keeps her body in shape. Carolena has always enjoyed running, feeling like if she ran fast enough, hard enough, she could soar.

DISLIKES: snobs, authorive figures, drugs, blood, liers, jerks

Carolena could never stand people who think they are better than others just because of who they are, or their family background, or whatever. She just can't stomache a snob. She also can not stomach people in charge, who use their authorive position in a bad away, or just to boss others around. While Carolen certainly enjoys a party, she has never taken drugs, and tends to have a problem with people who do take them, because frankly, they tend to act like complete idoits, and they simply annoy her. The sight of blood leaves Carolena very faint and very nausous. Liers should be smacked, she believes, because the truth is always better than a lie. Jerks, well if they were shot on sight, she is sure no one would miss them, after all jerks are jerks, and no body likes a jerk.

FEARS: drowning, dark, abuse, abandonment, failing

Carolena's biggest fear is drowning. When she was younger she had almost drowned at the local swimming pool, and ever since she's been iffy around water. Knowing that there in fact things that go bump in the night, Lena is not a fan of the dark, and hates having to go out alone in the dark. A big fear is being abused. She watched her aunt being abused by her boyfriends growing up, and it is something she doesn't want to happen to her. Because her father left when she was younger, and frequently her mother disappeared, Carolena has a fear of being abandoned. She understands that her father had left the country on call and had died, and her mother had some problems of her own, but its still a fear of hers, not something she would actually admit out loud though. Failing anything has always bugged her, and the fear of failing at life tends to haunt at her.

STRENGTHS: knowledgable, self control, passionate

Carolena has always enjoyed learning more and more, and her knowledge of things is somethings that helps her out from time to time. She loves knowing more and more, and tends to read up on random subjects. She has a lot of self control, which helps when she is feeling a bit jealous so that she doesn't just bite off someone's head over something stupid. She has a passionate nature, not just in bed. She puts her whole heart into things.

WEAKNESSES: love, mathmatics, family

Love has gotten Carolena into more trouble then she could tell you about. When she loves someone, no matter the type of love, she would do anything for that person, and sometimes people can take advantage of her like that, and some actually has. She has always had trouble in school with math, and no matter how much she studies and practices, she never seems to get any better. Carolena has always had trouble talking about her family life, and prefers for it to just remain between her and her family.

HISTORY: Adele Christine Mckee had come from a well-to-do family, who had tried to install a sense of self-rightousness in Adele and her younger sister, Elizabeth Maria Mckee. For neither of the girls did their lessons stick. The Mckee parents, after all, were never home, and neither of the girls wanted to be like their parents in anyway. After graduating from college, Adele began looking for a career in which she would be the happiest at. While she was looking for that life long career, Adele worked as a waitress at a local restraunt and did well in her tips. However, she was not too happy with her job and couldn't wait to better herself. Soon enough, Adele found a job at a booming business, and even begain dating the boss' son, although that was just a perk more than anything else. Shortly after they stared dating, Michael Brent Tanner asked Adele to marry him, and she accepted. Right before the wedding, however, she met Kevin Jason Adams, and she knew she couldn't marry Michael.

Kevin Jason Adams had not had the life that the beautiful Adele had. He had grown up in one foster home after another after his parents were charged with possession of drugs. He had never fallen victium to his lifestyle as so many of his friends had. He recieved good marks in school, and while he had the grades for college, he couldn't afford to attend. Instead, Kevin joined the military, figureing they would help pay for his college when he was ready to attend. At the end of his first term in the military, Kevin decided to stay in, since he was making decent money and didn't really have anything to worry about. The only burp in his plans was when he met Adele. It was love at first sight, and he knew he would spend the rest of his life wanting her right beside his side. First he just had to get her to call off her wedding, and figure out a way to remain on the home land rather than being shipped off.

Getting her to call off the wedding at been easy enough, Kevin soon found out. Adele had wasted no time in informing her fiance that they simply couldn't marry because her heart was suddenly stolen from someone, and they were just not giving it back any time soon. But remaining on United States soil was a much harder thing to do. Shortly after their marriage, Kevin was shipped off to another country for a year. While he was away, Adele stayed with her younger sister, who had just taken a teaching job at the local high school. Two months into his tour, Adele found out she was pregnant. She had informed her husband immidately. Of course, at the time she had not known that she was pregnant with twins, and if she had, she surely would have informed her husband sooner rather than later.

Six months later, a month too soon, Adele gave birth to twins: Jace Jason Adams was born fifteen minutes before his twin sister, Khristeen Elizabeth Adams. Adele was concerned for her premature babies, but was assured that they would be fine after a week or so in the hospital to feed and watch over them. Adele sent her husband plenty of pictures, knowing he would miss seeing them so small because of his tour would not be over for another four months. During the time between the babies birth and the return of her husband, Adele leaned heavily on her sister to help her take care of the children, barely able to do it herself. After Kevin's return, Adele seemed to return to her normal self, and took to motherhood much easier with her husband by her side. Adele moved back into the home she shared with her husband and things begain to return to normal all together.

Every year and a half, her husband would go on tour, and during the time he was away, Adele would sink into depression, and the twins would be shipped off to their aunt. Adele would drink heavily while her husband was away and when he returned seemed perfectly happy, until he left again. The state of the Adams lives remained like this until the twins were ten years old, when Kevin promised not to go on tour again. Two years later, Adele gave birth to their last child, Carolena Lindsay Adams. Twelve years older than their younger sister, neither of the twins took to the young baby immidately. Three years after Carolena's birth, Kevin was called back to duty, and this time he didn't return.

Carolena was mostly raised at her aunt's home. After her older brother and sister had turned eightteen, she had rarely seen them, both going off and starting their on lives, not really bothering to keep taps on Carolena. Aunt Elizabeth had married Lyon Petrill. He was most definitely not the man that Elizabeth had fallen in love with. While he was sweet natured when they were dating, Lyon became jealous and physically violent after they were married, ensureing Elizabeth that now that they were man and wife, she was his property. Elizabeth took his abuse up until he had almost allowed Carolena drown in the swimming pool. After that, Elizabeth quickly divorced him, and moved Carolena and herself to a new city, where new memories could be made.

Carolena grew up with her aunt's steady guidence, and very few moments with her mother, who had blown full scale into a alcoholic. Because her aunt was a teacher, Carolena had put a lot of effort into her school work, always passing her classes with high marks. While she had spent a lot of time studying, Carolena had always managed to find time to have fun with her friends and join several after school activities while she was in middle school. Carolena had always had something to do, something her aunt encouraged so that she wouldn't waste her time getting into trouble or spending mindless hours on internet or watching televison. It would keep her active, and her aunt assured her, happy.
