X-Men: After The Cure

Main Plot:
The supposed deaths of Scott Summers, Professor Xavier, and Jean-Grey Summers has sadden everyone at the Xavier Higher Learning school for Gifted Youngesters. Many of the students have been forced to return home, forced to take the ' Cure' by their so-called parents. Un-be-knownest to all is that the ' Cure ' isn't what it seems. Its not a perminate fixture to the mutant gene.

The ' Cure ' is able to surpress the mutant gene from 2 weeks to a month. As the ' Cure ' is starting to were off, the mutant going through the change back to their mutant selfs experances grave pain. The only good coming from this is the little control the mutant would be able to have for its power.

With the return of Magneto's power, the Brotherhood starts to thrive again. Mystique returning to the side of Eric, for reasons unknown to all but her. Magneto and his team are constantly gaining more and more power.

A year after the mutant attack, a year after the ' Cure ' came out, a new threat araises, threatening all of human kind. Humans and mutants alike. The Return of Apocalypse and his four horsemen. Death IV ( Gambit ), Famin III ( Sunfire ), Pestilence III ( Polaris ), War IV.

A few members of X-Men, Generation X, Hellions, Brotherhood, Xavier's Secret Team, New X-Men, X-Force, Morlocks, and Hellfire Inner Circle have teamed up together to try and stop this unstoppable mutant.

Unfortunately, some powerful and unpowerful mutants have decided to team up with Apocalypse to destory the world.

Mini Character Plots:

Xavier: Professor Xavier transfered his mind into that of a coma patient. He has temperally lost his gift of telepath and now must try to get back to the mansion and convince his team who he is before its too late to help them. He no longer has use of his wheel chair as to now he can walk. Over time his does power return.

Rogue: Rogue's power has returned full force. It is now inperative that she learn to control her power. As the ' Cure ' wore off, Rogue was clueless of her power's return. She was trying to help Ms. Marvel in a small mission and ended up putting Ms. Marvel into a coma, gaining her powers forever. Will trying to gain control over her gifts, Rogue has to deal with Carol Denvers voice echoing in her head, calling her a murdess. Her long time boyfriend, Bobby Drake is unable to help her. Their relationship slowly starts going into ruins when Rogue starts to become attracted to one of Apolcalypse's horsemen, Death IV ( Gambit ).

Iceman: Bobby Drake's new gift has taken over his body quickly. His whole body becoming a moving ice sculpture. His heart has harden to everything and one, including his soon to be ex, Rogue. Bobby must learn to warm up to others or be a living ice sculpture forever.

Magneto: Eric now has he's powers back, and it is time to get revenge on the human race, joining Apocalypse in his quest to destory the world.

Mystique: The moment Eric turned his back on her, Mystique had plotted his down fall. It was Eric's mistake to allow her back in once the ' Cure ' had worn off her. Mystique has secretly teamed up with the X-Men and serves as a spy for the X-Men.

[glow=red,2,300]Apocalypse:[/glow] To destory everyone on earth and recreate it to the way he thinks it should be.

Gambit:Gambit has been brainwashed into joining Apocalypse's four horsemen. He slowly starts to regain control of himself, and his memories in a series of flashblacks. Gambit had be a member of the X-Men years before hand. He fells a strong pull towards the southern bell, Rogue.

Jean-Grey: Jean's body was never found amoung the debree at the Worthington labs. Jean returns to the mansion under the full control of the Phoenix. With the threat of Apocalpyse, Phoenix has briefly joined the good guys in defeating Apocalpyse. Unsure if she is going to stay.

Emma Frost: Emma has been losing her students one by one, each slowly disappearing. She has no clue how this is possible and who is responsible. With the Safety of her students in mind, she transfers all her students to Xavier's School, her students taking place those that have left. Apon first arriving there, Emma finds out about Xavier's, and Scott's death. Emma silently grieves for Scott, quickly putting him out of her mind as Apocalpyse's attacks keep getting bigger and more frequent.

Jubilee: Jubilee's power intensifies greatly, doubling its power in explosives. Her playful cheerful nature fools the people around her into thinking of her as immature, but its all an act. Jubilee has seen and tasted the real world. She's lost many people she loved. When Xavier 'died' Jubilee's cheerfulness went down the drain. She grew distant with people and seldomly smiled.

Shadow Cat: Kitty Pryde watched on the side lines as Bobby and Rogue's relationship had grown throughout the year. Then she stood by as it slowly went down the drain. As Bobby turned into a living Ice Sculpture, Kitty stood by his side and tried to help him as much as she could, even when he refused her help. Rogue no longer seemed to mind Kitty's interfernce, as Rogue seemed to have other things on her mind then helping her boyfriend.

Storm: Storm has been left in charge of the students and X-Men. She takes a firm hand in all things and tries to help the students out of their grieving so that they may move on to defeat Apocalpyse.

Wolverine:After killing Jean, Logan has retreated back into the forests of Canada, where he's family had once resided before he left. He watched out the window as they ate with out him. He is unaware of Apocalpyse. The X-Men try to get ahold of him.
